I grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Music ~ I studied music at Sheffield University and maintain my musicianship by giving organ recitals and playing the piano for pleasure. You can find out more by visiting my music page.
Craft ~ I have always been interested in art & design. I believe it is important to encourage the making of traditional crafts for a contemporary audience. Humanity has always created things to decorate and enhance their environment. Craft also links people with the heritage of previous generations.
MarGorsson Design ~ I created MarGorsson Design to promote and demonstrate the relevance of the creativity of the past for contemporary society. Craft can also be great fun and can give you a tremendous buzz. Everyone can be creative it just requires an open mind.
